How to use:
Suggested Usage:
Scalp:
-In the shower, section wet hair to reveal the scalp.
-Apply a quarter-size amount directly to the scalp and rub in circular motions to activate lather.
-Rinse and follow with your favorite conditioner.
Body:
-Apply to damp skin and rub in circular motions to gently exfoliate.

It took a really long time to get and the there are really large salt pieces in there …. Should have been better with a smaller grain for the exfoliate in my opinion…
