Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Can I return my order?
We believe in excellent customer service. So, exchange is possible should you receive the wrong product or product has been damage during delievery . We do not exchange products if mistake of the Baddie chooses the wrong item . Only for safety. We do not resell returned items !
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Estimated 1-3 working days for US orders, 5-14 days for international. I ONLY ship Priority !
What do I do if the product I want is sold out?
We try to restock our products on a frequent basis so keep checking the website. There will also be restock updates on our instagram page @baddieglow_
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the item, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Should I do a PATCH TEST ?
It's always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of any new BADDIE GLOW ingredients and the blended product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow or behind the ear . Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
